From 1 April 2024, Lesotho Tourism has instituted a tourism levy to enter Lesotho at the Sani Top border post - the amount will go to developing tourism in Lesotho. The current amount is R100 per adult, children are free.

We had an incredible time on our tour! Unfortunately there was some snow and Sani Pass was closed, but our guide Mondli was great in adjusting the itinerary and ensuring we still saw / did as much as we could. I wish we had more time at Semonkong Lodge - it is a very cool spot with a ton of activities and would be worth spending a full day there!
